demhafuture.com is the website of our software studio. It presents the company and sells our digital software products — currently the AI Booth software (yearly plans and prepaid photo credits).
The AI Booth software lets you run an AI photo-booth experience on your own device. We sell access on a yearly plan and sell prepaid credits that are consumed when AI photos are generated — as a rule 1 credit = 1 photo, with premium models consuming more, as shown at the point of purchase. Credits attach to your account, have no cash value, are not transferable, and are consumed when a generation is started. Prices are shown before purchase.
The physical photo-booth rental in Belgium is a separate offline service operated by our partner EchoLab under its own agreement; it is not sold by us.
Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, who is the seller of record for the transaction; their checkout terms also apply. You need an account to use the software; keep your credentials safe. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy. If you are a consumer in the EU, your mandatory statutory rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal where it applies, are unaffected.
Do not misuse the software: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no reselling of access without our written consent, and no generating content that is illegal, hateful, or sexualises minors. AI-generated images are produced by automated models and may be imperfect or unexpected; we do not guarantee a particular likeness or quality. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
All content on this website (text, design, logos, graphics) belongs to DEMHA FUTURE - FZCO or its licensors and may not be copied or reused commercially without our written permission. You and your guests keep the rights to photos you upload; you grant us the limited licence needed to operate the software (processing photos through AI models and storing and displaying results in the features you enable).
The software is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of the software is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also keep the protections of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
