Refund Policy

This policy covers digital purchases — AI Booth software plans and photo credits — sold by DEMHA FUTURE - FZCO (Trade License 67110, IFZA, Dubai, UAE) and processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Contact for all refund requests: info@demhafuture.com.

The short version

Unused purchases can be refunded within 14 days. Credits that have already been spent on AI generations cannot be refunded, because the computing cost of each photo is incurred the moment it is generated.

Credit packs

You may request a full refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase if the credits from that pack are unused. If part of the pack has been used, we refund the unused remainder pro-rata within the same 14-day window. Credits already consumed by generations are non-refundable.

Software plans (subscriptions)

You may cancel a yearly plan within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided usage has been minimal (fewer than 10 generated photos and no commercial event run with the booth). After 14 days the plan fee is non-refundable for the current period; cancelling stops the next renewal.

EU consumers — right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content and services, by starting to use the Service (generating photos) within those 14 days you ask us to begin immediately and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal then applies only to the unused part of your purchase, as described above. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory statutory rights.

Faulty service

If a technical fault on our side consumed credits without delivering photos, write to us — we re-credit those generations. If the Service was materially unavailable for a prolonged period during your plan, we extend the plan or refund the affected part.

How to request

Email info@demhafuture.com from the address on your account, with your order reference. We reply within 5 business days; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Because Paddle.com is the merchant of record for your payment, the refund is executed through Paddle.
