Weekly Planner — free online, printable

Some weeks just slip away. You mean to keep track of what's on each day, but it lives in your head, on three sticky notes, and in two chats. We added a free tool that fixes it — Weekly Planner — right in your browser.

What it does

You fill in your tasks and priorities for each day of the week, from Monday to Sunday. When it looks right, you print a clean planner to stick on the wall, or save it as a PDF to keep on your phone or laptop. That's the whole tool — simple and tidy.

Nothing leaves your device

Everything happens in your browser. What you type stays on your screen — nothing is uploaded, nothing is saved anywhere, and no one else sees your week. Close the tab and it's gone.

How to use it

  1. Open the Weekly Planner and type your tasks under each day.
  2. Add the priorities that matter most so they stand out.
  3. Print it or save it as a PDF, and you're set for the week.

It's free with no limit. There are more small tools on the Apps page.
