SERP Snippet Preview — free online tool
You write a page title and a short description, hit publish, and then Google cuts it off mid-word. Now it looks sloppy and nobody can tell what the page is about. We added a free tool that shows you the result before that happens — SERP Snippet Preview — right in your browser.
What it does
You type your page title and meta description, and you get a live mockup of how the result will look in Google. As you type, little pixel-width gauges watch the length and warn you the moment your text is about to get cut off, so you can trim it down before anyone else sees it.
Nothing leaves your device
Everything runs inside your browser. The title and description you type stay on your screen — nothing is uploaded, nothing is saved on a server. When you close the tab, it's gone.
How to use it
- Open SERP Snippet Preview and type your page title in the first box.
- Add your meta description below it and watch the preview update.
- Adjust until the gauges stay green, then copy your final text into your page.
It's free with no limit. There are more small tools on the Apps page.
