QR Code Sheet — free online label maker

Labelling boxes, cables, shelves, or gear is one of those small jobs that always takes longer than it should. You want a neat sheet of QR codes, each with its own little name under it, ready to print and stick on. We added a free tool that does exactly that — QR Code Sheet — right in your browser.

What it does

You build a grid of QR codes with your own labels and print it as an asset-tag sheet. Add each item, choose how many columns you want and how big each cell should be, then hit Print. You get a clean page of tags, all the same size, ready to cut out.

Nothing leaves your device

Everything happens in your browser. Your list of items and labels stays on your computer — nothing is uploaded, nothing is saved on a server. When you close the page, it's gone.

How to use it

  1. Open QR Code Sheet and add your items one by one with their labels.
  2. Set the number of columns and the cell size so the tags fit your page.
  3. Hit Print and stick the tags where you need them.

It's free with no limit. There are more small tools on the Apps page.
