Phone Number Formatter — free online

You copied a list of phone numbers from a spreadsheet or a form, and they're all over the place: some have spaces, some have dashes, some are missing the country code, and a few are just wrong. Fixing them by hand is slow and easy to mess up. We added a free tool that does it for you — Phone Formatter — right in your browser.

What it does

Paste your phone numbers, one per line, pick a default country code and the output format you want, and it gives you back a clean, normalized list. Anything that isn't a valid number gets flagged, so you can see the problems at a glance instead of hunting for them.

Nothing leaves your device

The whole thing runs inside your browser. Your numbers are never uploaded to a server and nothing is saved. When you close the tab, it's gone.

How to use it

  1. Open Phone Formatter and paste your phone numbers, one per line.
  2. Choose a default country code and the output format you want.
  3. Copy the clean list, and check the flagged ones for anything that needs a fix.

It's free with no limit. There are more small tools on the Apps page.
