Name Badge Maker — free online tool
Planning a meetup, a class, or a small conference? At some point you need badges with everyone's name on them, and typing each one by hand is slow and dull. We added a free tool that does it for you — Name Badge Maker — right in your browser.
What it does
You upload a CSV with your attendees' names and roles, pick a color for the badge and add a logo, and the tool lays out every badge for you. When you're happy, you print them all at once instead of one by one.
Nothing leaves your device
The whole thing runs in your browser. Your attendee list and your logo are never uploaded to a server and nothing is saved anywhere. When you close the tab, it's all gone.
How to use it
- Open Name Badge Maker and upload your CSV with names and roles.
- Pick a badge color and add your logo.
- Print all the badges at once.
