MoSCoW Prioritization Board — free online
When a project has a long list of things to do, the hard part isn't writing them down. It's deciding what truly matters first and what can wait. We added a free tool that helps with exactly that — MoSCoW Board — right in your browser.
What it does
You add your requirements one by one, then drop each one into a bucket: Must Have, Should Have, Could Have, or Won't Have. That's the well-known MoSCoW method, and it makes the order obvious at a glance. When you're happy with it, you export the full prioritized list to keep or share with your team.
Nothing leaves your device
The whole thing runs in your browser. Your requirements aren't uploaded anywhere and nothing is saved on a server. When you close the tab, it's gone. It's just you and your list.
How to use it
- Open MoSCoW Board and add each requirement to the board.
- Assign every item to Must, Should, Could, or Won't Have.
- Export the finished prioritized list and share it.
It's free with no limit. There are more small tools on the Apps page.
