Mileage Log — free online trip tracker
If you drive for work, you know the small headache at month's end: scraps of paper, half-remembered trips, and a calculator you fight with to add it all up. We added a free tool that handles it for you — Mileage Log — right in your browser.
What it does
You add each trip and the tool keeps a running total of your distance and your reimbursement, updated the moment you type. When you're done, you export everything as a CSV file you can open in any spreadsheet or hand to your accountant. Your list is saved on your own computer, so it's still there when you come back.
Nothing leaves your device
The whole thing runs in your browser. Your trips are saved only on your machine — nothing is uploaded to us and nothing is stored on a server. You can use it offline, and no one else sees your numbers.
How to use it
- Open Mileage Log and add a trip with its distance.
- Keep adding trips and watch the total distance and reimbursement update live.
- Click export to download your CSV and keep it or send it on.
