Meeting Time Zone Planner — free online

Trying to set up a call with people in different countries is a small headache. You do the math in your head, get it wrong, and someone ends up joining at 3 in the morning. We added a free tool that does it for you — Meeting Time Zone Planner — right in your browser.

What it does

You add each person with their UTC offset, and the tool draws a 24-hour grid showing what time it is for everyone, side by side. The cells that fall inside the normal 9-to-17 working day for all of them turn green, so you can spot a good slot at a glance instead of guessing.

Nothing leaves your device

The whole thing runs in your browser. Nothing you type is uploaded anywhere and nothing is saved on a server. When you close the page, it's gone.

How to use it

  1. Open Meeting Time Zone Planner and add each attendee with their UTC offset.
  2. Look at the 24-hour grid and find the green cells where everyone is inside work hours.
  3. Pick one of those green slots and send it out as your meeting time.

It's free with no limit. There are more small tools on the Apps page.
