We added a free tool that lets you check every message first — Mail Merge Preview — right in your browser.
What it does
Paste your email template with {{placeholders}} and a CSV of your recipients. It fills in the details for each person and shows you every personalized email, one by one. It also flags rows where a field is missing, so you catch the gaps before you hit send instead of after.
Nothing leaves your device
Everything runs inside your browser. Your template and your recipient list are never uploaded and never saved anywhere. When you close the tab, it's all gone. You can use it for real customer data without worrying.
How to use it
- Open Mail Merge Preview and paste your email template with the
{{placeholders}}you use. - Paste or drop in your CSV of recipients.
- Step through the previews, fix any rows with missing fields, then send from your own email app.
