What it does
You give it a CSV (the kind of file you export from a spreadsheet) and one letter template. Anywhere you want a name, a date, or any other detail to appear, you drop in a placeholder. The tool reads every row and fills the template in, so you get one finished, personalized letter for each person on your list.
Nothing leaves your device
Everything happens right here in your browser. Your CSV and your letter are never uploaded anywhere and nothing is saved on a server. When you close the tab, it's all gone — your list stays yours.
How to use it
- Open Mail Merge — Letters and load your CSV file.
- Write your letter once and add a placeholder wherever a name or detail should go.
- Generate the letters and copy or download them, ready to send.
