Keyword Density Checker — free online
You wrote an article and you want to know if one word keeps coming up too much, or if the topic you care about is actually showing up enough. Counting by hand is tedious, and your eyes start playing tricks on you. We added a free tool that does the counting for you — Keyword Density Checker — right in your browser.
What it does
Paste your content and it shows the total word count plus a ranked table of phrases, with how often each one appears and its density as a percentage. You can turn on stop-word filtering to hide little words like "the" and "and" so you only see the phrases that actually carry meaning.
Nothing leaves your device
The whole thing runs inside your browser. Your text is never uploaded anywhere and nothing is saved. When you close the tab, it's gone. So you can check a private draft or a client's article without worrying about where it ends up.
How to use it
- Open Keyword Density Checker and paste your text into the box.
- Flip on stop-word filtering if you want to skip the small filler words.
- Read the ranked table to see which phrases come up most and adjust your writing.
It's free with no limit. There are more small tools on the Apps page.
