JSON to CSV Converter — free online

You have a chunk of JSON data and you need it as a spreadsheet. Maybe a colleague sent you an export, or some app gave you JSON when you really wanted rows and columns you can open in Excel or Google Sheets. Copying it over by hand is slow and easy to get wrong. We added a free tool that does it for you — JSON to CSV Converter — right in your browser.

What it does

It takes a JSON array of objects and turns it into CSV. Each object becomes a row, and the keys become the column headers. If your objects have nested objects inside them, it handles those too, so the result stays tidy and ready to open in a spreadsheet.

Nothing leaves your device

The whole thing runs in your browser. Your JSON is never uploaded to a server and nothing is saved anywhere. When you close the tab, it's gone. So even data you'd rather keep private stays on your own computer.

How to use it

  1. Open JSON to CSV Converter and paste your JSON into the box.
  2. The tool reads it and builds the CSV for you.
  3. Copy the result or download the CSV file and open it in your spreadsheet.

It's free with no limit. There are more small tools on the Apps page.
