Interview Scorecard Generator — free online

After a few interviews in a row, the candidates start to blur together. You remember someone was "good", but good at what? And later, when two people seem close, it's hard to say why you'd pick one over the other. We added a free tool that helps with exactly that — Interview Scorecard Generator — right in your browser.

What it does

You list the skills that matter for the role and give each one a rating from 1 to 5. You can also set how much each skill counts, so the things you really care about weigh more than the nice-to-haves. Add a short note next to any rating, and the tool works out a clear weighted total. When you're done, you can save the whole scorecard as a PDF.

Nothing leaves your device

The tool runs entirely in your browser. Your candidate names, ratings, and notes stay on your computer — nothing is uploaded to a server and nothing is saved anywhere else. Close the tab and it's gone.

How to use it

  1. Open Interview Scorecard Generator and add the skills you want to score.
  2. Rate each one from 1 to 5, set how much it counts, and add notes where you need them.
  3. Read the weighted total and save it as a PDF.

It's free with no limit. There are more small tools on the Apps page.
