Gross Profit Calculator — free online

You sold something and you know roughly what came in, but the real question is what's actually left after what it cost you to make or buy. Doing that math in your head, or guessing the margin, is how prices quietly stop adding up. We added a free tool that does it for you — Gross Profit Calculator — right in your browser.

What it does

You type in your revenue and your cost of goods sold, and it shows you three numbers at once: your gross profit, your gross margin as a percentage, and your markup as a percentage. That's it — the figures every shop owner, freelancer and small seller actually needs to set a fair price.

Nothing leaves your device

The whole thing runs inside your browser. Your sales numbers and costs are never uploaded anywhere and nothing is saved. When you close the tab, it's gone. You can use it for real figures without worrying who sees them.

How to use it

  1. Open Gross Profit Calculator in your browser.
  2. Enter your revenue and your cost of goods sold.
  3. Read off your gross profit, margin % and markup % straight away.

It's free with no limit. There are more small tools on the Apps page.
