GDPR Privacy Notice Generator — free online

Every sign-up form and contact box is supposed to come with a privacy notice — a few lines telling people what data you collect and why. Writing one from scratch feels like a job for a lawyer, so most of us just skip it. We added a free tool that does it for you — GDPR Privacy Notice — right in your browser.

What it does

You fill in a few details about your organisation and how you use people's data, and the tool gives you a short, ready-to-use GDPR privacy notice. Drop it straight onto any web form or sign-up page.

Nothing leaves your device

The whole thing runs in your browser. The details you type stay on your computer — nothing is uploaded, nothing is saved on our side. When you close the tab, it's gone.

How to use it

  1. Open GDPR Privacy Notice and fill in your organisation's name and contact.
  2. Tick what data you collect and why you use it.
  3. Copy the finished notice and paste it onto your form.

It's free with no limit. There are more small tools on the Apps page.

Get new posts

Soon you'll be able to drop your email and get new posts — no account, no spam.

Email sign-up isn't live yet — nothing is collected for now.
