Gantt Chart Maker — free online tool
Planning a project on paper or in your head rarely holds up. You forget which task waits on another, dates slip, and by the time you write it all down it's already changed. We added a free tool that lays it out for you — Gantt Chart Maker — right in your browser.
What it does
You add tasks, each with a start and end date, and they show up as bars on a timeline. You can give every task its own color and mark which ones depend on others, so it's clear what has to finish before the next thing starts. When the plan looks right, you export the whole timeline as a PNG image or send it straight to print.
Nothing leaves your device
The whole thing runs in your browser. Your tasks and dates stay on your computer — nothing is uploaded to a server and nothing is saved anywhere else. Close the tab and it's gone.
How to use it
- Open Gantt Chart Maker and add your tasks with their start and end dates.
- Pick a color for each one and mark any dependencies between them.
- Export the timeline as a PNG or print it.
It's free with no limit. There are more small tools on the Apps page.
