Working out French VAT in your head is annoying. You have a price and you're not sure if 20% is already in it, or you need to add it before sending a quote. We added a small free tool that does the maths for you — France TVA Calculator (20%) — right in your browser.
What it does
It handles the standard French 20% VAT. Type a price and it shows you all three numbers at once: the amount before tax (HT), the VAT itself (TVA), and the total with tax (TTC). You can go either way — add 20% to a net price, or strip the 20% out of a price that already includes it. Everything is in euros.
Nothing leaves your device
The calculator runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you type are never uploaded, never saved, and never sent anywhere. When you close the tab, nothing stays behind.
How to use it
- Open France TVA Calculator (20%) and type your price in euros.
- Choose whether to add VAT or remove it.
- Read off the HT, TVA and TTC values, and copy the one you need.
