Flowboard — team project manager, free online
Keeping a small team on the same page is hard — group chats get messy, and nobody knows who's doing what next. We added a free tool that sorts it out — Flowboard — right in your browser. Build your steps once, and the work runs itself.
What it does
As the manager you build a template: the stages of your process and the small steps inside each one. Then you add each team member by name and get a private key to share, and you choose which projects they can see. Your team joins with that key — no account — and swipes each job forward, while you watch the progress live.
Nothing extra to set up
It runs in your browser, and your team doesn't need to install anything or create an account. Members just open the page and type the key you gave them — that's the whole sign-in. Nothing for them to download, nothing to remember.
How to use it
- Open Flowboard and build your steps — the stages and the mini-steps inside them.
- Add each team member by name and share the key the tool gives you.
- They enter the key, swipe each job forward, and you see the progress as it moves.
