Find Duplicates in a List — free online
You have a long list and you just know something is in there twice. Maybe two emails are the same, or a name slipped in again. Scrolling up and down to catch it is slow and you still miss one. We added a free tool that does it for you — Find Duplicates — right in your browser.
What it does
You paste your list, one item per line. It instantly shows you every duplicate entry along with how many times it appears, and it also gives you the clean, de-duplicated version of the list with each item only once.
Nothing leaves your device
The whole thing runs in your browser. Your list is never uploaded to a server and nothing is saved. When you close the tab, it's gone. That's nice when the list has names, emails, or anything you'd rather keep to yourself.
How to use it
- Open Find Duplicates and paste your list, one item per line.
- Read the duplicates with their counts, and check the clean list below.
- Copy the de-duplicated set and use it wherever you need it.
It's free with no limit. There are more small tools on the Apps page.
