Email Spam-Word Checker — free online

You write a nice email, hit send, and it lands in the spam folder. Nobody reads it. Often it's just a few words that set off the filters: "free", "act now", "guaranteed". We added a small tool that catches them for you — Email Spam-Word Checker — right in your browser.

What it does

You paste in your subject line and the body of your email. The scanner looks through the text for common spam-trigger words, gives you a risk score, and highlights every problem word so you can see exactly what to change. No guessing about why your message keeps getting flagged.

Nothing leaves your device

The whole thing runs in your browser. Your subject and your email text are never uploaded anywhere and nothing is saved. When you close the tab, it's gone.

How to use it

  1. Open Email Spam-Word Checker and paste in your subject line and email body.
  2. Read the risk score and look at the highlighted words.
  3. Reword or remove the flagged words, then copy your cleaned-up email and send it.

It's free with no limit. There are more small tools on the Apps page.
