Eisenhower Matrix — free online planner

Some days the list is so long you don't know where to start. Everything feels like it has to happen at once, and nothing actually gets done. There's an old, simple trick for this: split each task by how urgent and how important it really is. We added a free tool that does it for you — Eisenhower Matrix — right in your browser.

What it does

You add your tasks and mark each one as urgent or not, important or not. The tool then sorts them into a clear plan: what to do now, what to schedule for later, what to hand off to someone else, and what to simply drop. Your list stays saved in your browser, so it's still there when you come back.

Nothing leaves your device

Everything runs right in your browser. Your tasks are never uploaded to any server, and we never see them. They're kept only on your own device, so you can write down anything without worrying about it.

How to use it

  1. Open Eisenhower Matrix and type in your tasks, one by one.
  2. For each task, mark whether it's urgent and whether it's important.
  3. Read your plan: do it now, schedule it, hand it off, or drop it.

It's free with no limit. There are more small tools on the Apps page.
