GDPR DPA Generator — free online tool

When another company handles personal data for you — a payroll service, an email tool, a cloud host — the GDPR says you need a written Data Processing Agreement between you. Drafting one from scratch is a headache, and paying a lawyer for a standard contract feels like overkill. We added a free tool that does it — GDPR DPA Generator — right in your browser.

What it does

You fill in the details about the two parties and the data being handled, and it builds a GDPR-compliant controller–processor Data Processing Agreement (DPA). The document covers all the Article 28 requirements, so you get a complete, ready agreement instead of a blank page.

Nothing leaves your device

Everything happens in your browser. The names, the company details, the data you type in — none of it is uploaded anywhere or saved on a server. When you close the tab, it's gone. Your contract stays your business.

How to use it

  1. Open the GDPR DPA Generator and fill in the controller and processor details.
  2. Add what kind of personal data is processed and why.
  3. Generate the agreement and download it, ready to review and sign.

It's free with no limit. There are more small tools on the Apps page.
