Browse your drives online — free disk viewer

You unplug an external drive, walk away, and a week later you can't remember what was on it — or which of your three disks it was. We added a small free tool that lets you look it up — DiskPrint — right in your browser.

What it does

It shows the external drives you've already fingerprinted with the DiskPrint Mac app. You can open them up and browse the folders inside, and search across every disk at once to find where a file lives — all from any device, even when the drive itself is nowhere near you.

Nothing leaves your device

The viewer runs in your browser. Your drive list and the folder names stay on your own device — nothing is uploaded to a server, nothing is saved and nothing is logged.

How to use it

  1. Open DiskPrint.
  2. Pick a drive from your list, or type a name into the search box.
  3. Browse the folders and find the file you were looking for.

It's free with no limit. There are more small tools on the Apps page.
