Diff Viewer — compare two texts free online
You changed a paragraph, a config file, or a price list, and now you can't remember what's different from the old version. Reading both side by side and squinting line by line is slow and easy to get wrong. We added a free tool that does it for you — Diff Viewer — right in your browser.
What it does
Paste two texts and it compares them line by line, showing you exactly what changed. New lines show up in green, removed lines in red, so the difference jumps out at a glance instead of you hunting for it.
Nothing leaves your device
The whole thing runs in your browser. Your two texts stay on your computer — nothing is uploaded anywhere, and nothing is saved. When you close the tab, it's gone.
How to use it
- Open Diff Viewer and paste your first text on one side.
- Paste the second version on the other side.
- Read the result — green is added, red is removed.
