Merge CSV Files — free online tool

You export one report this month, another next month, and soon you have a pile of CSV files that really belong together. Opening each one and copying rows into a single sheet by hand is slow and easy to get wrong. We added a free tool that does it for you — Merge CSV Files — right in your browser.

What it does

It takes several CSV files and joins them into one. You don't have to sign up or install anything. The columns are matched up so the data from each file ends up under the right heading, and you get one clean file back.

Nothing leaves your device

The whole thing runs inside your browser. Your files are never uploaded to a server and nothing is saved anywhere. When you close the tab, it's all gone — the files stay on your computer the entire time.

How to use it

  1. Open Merge CSV Files and add the CSV files you want to combine.
  2. Let it line up the columns and put the rows together into one file.
  3. Download the merged CSV and use it wherever you need.

It's free with no limit. There are more small tools on the Apps page.
