Filter CSV Rows — free online tool
You have a big spreadsheet and you only want the rows that match something — orders over a certain amount, people from one city, anything with a blank field. Scrolling and deleting by hand takes forever and it's easy to miss one. We added a free tool that does it for you — Filter / Query CSV Rows — right in your browser.
What it does
You upload or paste a CSV, then set one or more conditions on the columns — for example, keep rows where a column equals, contains, or is greater than a value. The tool shows you only the rows that match, and you can export just those as a fresh CSV.
Nothing leaves your device
All the filtering happens right in your browser. Your file is never uploaded to a server, and nothing is saved anywhere. When you close the tab, it's gone — the data stays on your computer the whole time.
How to use it
- Open Filter / Query CSV Rows and upload or paste your CSV.
- Add one or more conditions on the columns you care about.
- Download the matching rows as a new CSV.
