CSV Column Editor — free online tool
You open a spreadsheet someone sent you and the columns are in the wrong order, named badly, and there's one you don't even need. Fixing all that by hand is fiddly. We added a free tool that does it for you — CSV Column Editor — right in your browser.
What it does
Upload a CSV and you'll see its columns laid out. Drag them to put them in the order you want. Click a name to rename it. Toggle the eye icon next to any column to hide it from the result. When you're happy, download the cleaned-up file.
Nothing leaves your device
This runs entirely in your browser. Your file is never uploaded to a server and nothing is saved anywhere. Close the tab and it's gone. So even a private list of customers or contacts stays only with you.
How to use it
- Open CSV Column Editor and upload your CSV.
- Drag columns to reorder them, click a name to rename it, or tap the eye icon to hide one.
- Download the clean CSV.
