Sometimes you send an invoice and then something changes. The customer returns part of the order, or there was a mistake in the price, and now you need to give some money back or fix the amount. What it does
It makes a PDF credit note that refunds or corrects an invoice. You fill in the details, and it builds a clean document you can send to your customer or keep for your records.
Nothing leaves your device
Everything happens in your browser. What you type is not uploaded anywhere and nothing is saved on a server. When you close the page, it's gone — the numbers stay between you and your customer.
How to use it
- Open Credit Note Generator and enter the invoice details and the amount to credit.
- Check that the names, dates and total look right.
- Download the PDF and send it to your customer.
