Contract Redline — compare contract changes free online
Someone sends back the contract with edits, and now you have to find out what actually changed. Reading both versions line by line is slow, and it's easy to miss a small word that flips the meaning. We added a free tool that does it for you — Contract Redline — right in your browser.
What it does
Paste the original contract text on one side and the revised version on the other. The tool compares them clause by clause and highlights every change: new wording shows up in green, removed wording in red. You see both versions side by side, so nothing slips past you.
Nothing leaves your device
The whole comparison happens in your browser. Your contract text is never uploaded to a server and nothing is saved anywhere. When you close the page, it's gone.
How to use it
- Open Contract Redline and paste the original contract into the first box.
- Paste the revised contract into the second box.
- Read the highlighted result — green for added, red for removed — and check every change at a glance.
