Compare Two Lists — free online tool
You have two lists and need to know how they line up. Maybe last month's email signups and this month's. Or who paid and who you invited. Doing it by eye is slow and easy to get wrong. We added a free tool that does it for you — Compare Two Lists — right in your browser.
What it does
Paste one item per line into each column, A and B. The tool instantly shows you three groups: what's only in A, what's only in B, and what both lists share. Each group comes with a count, so you can see the numbers at a glance.
Nothing leaves your device
The whole thing runs in your browser. Your lists are never uploaded, stored, or sent anywhere — they stay on your screen and disappear when you close the tab.
How to use it
- Open Compare Two Lists and paste your first list into column A, one item per line.
- Paste your second list into column B the same way.
- Read the results: unique to A, unique to B, and shared by both, each with its count.
It's free with no limit. There are more small tools on the Apps page.
