Combine CSV Columns — free online tool
You have a spreadsheet with first names in one column and last names in another, and you need them joined into a single "full name" column. Or maybe you're gluing together street, city, and zip into one address. Doing that by hand, row after row, is tedious. We added a free tool that does it for you — Combine Columns — right in your browser.
What it does
Paste your CSV data, choose which columns you want to merge, and pick a separator to put between them — a space, a comma, a dash, whatever fits. The tool joins those columns for every row at once. It's handy for building full names, addresses, or slugs. When it's ready, you copy the result or download it.
Nothing leaves your device
Everything happens right here in your browser. Your CSV is never uploaded to a server and nothing is saved anywhere. Close the tab and it's gone. So even if your data has names, emails, or anything private in it, it stays on your computer.
How to use it
- Open Combine Columns and paste your CSV data into the box.
- Pick the columns you want to merge and choose a separator.
- Copy or download the combined result.
It's free with no limit. There are more small tools on the Apps page.
