Certificate Maker — free online tool

You promised everyone a certificate at the end of the class, the contest, or the little office award day. Now you're staring at a blank page, fiddling with text boxes, and the spacing keeps jumping around. We added a free tool that does it for you — Certificate Maker — right in your browser.

What it does

You fill in the details and see the certificate update live as you type, so there are no surprises. When it looks right, you print it or save it as a PDF. Have a whole group to award? Paste a list of names and flip through one recipient after another, each on their own certificate.

Nothing leaves your device

The whole thing runs in your browser. The names you type and the certificate you make stay on your computer — nothing is uploaded to us, and nothing is saved anywhere else.

How to use it

  1. Open Certificate Maker and fill in the details.
  2. Check the live preview, and paste a name list if you have several people.
  3. Print it or save it as a PDF.

It's free with no limit. There are more small tools on the Apps page.
