How it works

STEP 1

List tasks and roles

Type your project tasks as rows and the people or roles as columns. Add as many as you need.

STEP 2

Assign R / A / C / I

For each cell choose Responsible, Accountable, Consulted or Informed. We check that every task has exactly one Accountable.

STEP 3

Export

Copy the CSV or download it for Excel, Google Sheets or Notion — nothing is uploaded.
