Import a CSV One label per row. If a row has several columns, they stack as lines inside the label. A header row is detected and skipped automatically.

Your sheet Click a cell and type. Press Tab to move to the next label. Use Shift+Enter for a line break inside a label.

In the print dialog choose "Save as PDF" as the destination, set margins to "None" or "Default", and scale to 100%.

How it works

STEP 1

Pick your sheet

Choose the Avery-style template that matches the label paper you bought — 5160, 5163, 8160 and more.

STEP 2

Fill the labels

Type into the cells, repeat one text across the whole sheet, or import a CSV — one label per row.

STEP 3

Print or save as PDF

Hit Print, then choose "Save as PDF" or send it to your printer. The layout is aligned to the sheet.
